Step 1

In all instances we recommend a quick informal chat with one of our experienced representatives who will listen to you requirements and offer some alternatives you may not have considered, you can call or e mail with your request and obtain further information on the vehicle you are considering.

We will then send you a detailed quotation, displaying the vehicle details and all of the selected options you have chosen to make your vehicle ideal for your requirements, or you may have chosen to take delivery of one of our ready to run delivery or installers vans.

Step 2

We would require a purchase order on your headed paper to secure your chosen vehicle

Step 3

We would then send you a detailed purchase order for you to confirm your vehicle build, and any finance details you have selected. Also with this order form we would ask you to complete a finance proposal form for us to arrange finance for you, or you may wish to advise us of your own finance or invoice address of your preferred funding house. If you are fortunate enough to pay in full we will invoice you directly.

Step 4

Once funding is approved, (usually 3 hours), we will confirm this by phone, and arrange for the finance documents to be sent to you via post. Included in this envelope will be a template of your chosen van, for you to advise us on how you would like your vehicle to be signwritten (see step 5). Please authorise the documents in the spaces indicated and return them in the pre paid addressed envelope provided. At this stage we require the initial deposit amount (usually just the VAT). This cheque needs to be made payable to All Vehicle Sales Ltd.

We also require copies of the following proofs of identity:

• Signed copy of your driving licence showing your current address.

• A utility bill (gas, electric, telephone) dated within the last 90 days.

Step 5

In most instances, we require a sketch of the required design, and it also helps if you could forward us some digital pictures of your existing van, any logo’s you may have and a letter head. If you are looking for a new look for your new van, we can also design one from scratch for you. Of course free of charge.

Step 6

Whilst we are providing you with proofs of your sign writing for you to amend or approve, we will have started the process of building your vehicle to your required specification.

Step 7

Once the vehicle is built, we will fit your sign writing, clean it and arrange for a delivery time to suit you.

Delivery usually takes 2-3 weeks, but it has been done before in 4 days… now that’s quick........ it usually takes 4 days for a main dealer ring you back…
