Step 1

In all instances we recommend a quick informal chat with one of our experienced representatives who will listen to your requirements and offer some alternatives you may not have considered. You can call or e mail with your request and obtain further information on the vehicle you are considering.
We will then send you a detailed quotation, displaying the vehicle details and all of the selected options you have chosen to make your vehicle ideal for your requirements, or you may have chosen to take delivery of one of our ready to run delivery or installers vans.

Step 2

We would require a purchase order in the form of an email to secure your chosen vehicle.

Step 3

Once the vehicle and conversion specification has been finalised, we will then arrange a phone call to start the finance application process. This usually takes 10-15 minutes, to get some brief information about the business.

Step 4

Once funding is approved, (usually 3 hours), we will confirm this by phone, and arrange for the finance documents to be
sent to you via email. These documents can sometimes be an E-Sign document where you can complete online, or if that’s not possible, we can get some wet sign documents emailed for you to sign and scan back to us. We will send some signing instructions to assist you along the way, and you can always call us if you’d rather go through it on the phone with one of our team.
At this stage we require the initial deposit amount (usually just the VAT & RFL). We would send you the invoice with our bank details for you to BACS the funds.

We may also require copies of the following proofs of identity:
Signed copy of your driving licence showing your current address.
A utility bill (gas, electric, telephone) dated within the last 90 days. 

Step 5

We also offer some extras that we can arrange to be fitted to the van before it arrives with you. This saves you time, so
when the van turns up it’s all ready to go. These extras include.

• Signwriting
• Additional Locks (deadlocks for rear and side load door)
• Reversing cameras
• Additional work lighting/emergency beacons etc...

These optional extras can either be invoiced separately, or if you’d prefer, we can add the cost into the finance agreement.

Step 6

We will commence the building of your vehicle to your required specification and supply and fit any of your chosen options. If there are no adjustments from our standard "FULL MONTY" glass carrying conversion, we may have a vehicle built and ready for immediate delivery

Step 7

Once the vehicle is built, we can arrange for a delivery date and time to suit you.
Delivery usually takes 2-3 weeks from order date, but it has been done before in 4 days… now that’s quick...............….it usually takes 4 days for a main dealer ring you back…
